    INTRODUCTION ABOUT IBS

      The integration and competition tendency is faster and more comprehensive. We will have more opportunities but we also have to face with harsh challenges. At this time, the Vietnamese enterprises have many concerns: how to improve the limitations in the daily operation of the business; How to sell the products or services; How to determine the strategy for long term development or Should we restructure the business in the comprehensive manner in order to adapt to the new context?       The scope of IBS covers two main areas: Study and Application consultation in the field of business management. In the area of study, we focus on researching and customizing the world modern management models to apply in Vietnamese enterprises. We deeply study the real problems and the challenges that Vietnamese enterprises are facing, from which we propose the core solutions which can be applied broadly to many businesses. Our outputs in business study are research papers published in famous Vietnamese and international magazines; books to summarize the research finding, practical experience and key learning to generate to the public.
